My name is Lizzy Hodcroft. I am the founder of Discova Counselling, a private counselling practice based in Newcastle. I am a BACP Registered Member (409395 Accredited) and a BABCP Member. My website address is lizzyhodcroft.com.

When you use the contact form on this website I collect your name, email address, phone number (if provided), and the details you share in your message.

Why I collect it

I collect this information solely to respond to your enquiry about counselling services. I do not use it for marketing purposes.

How I store it

Enquiries submitted through this website are received by email and stored securely. I do not share your information with any third parties. In line with BACP guidance, enquiry records are retained for 7 years from the date of last contact and then securely deleted.
